乙型肝炎人士跟進組合檢查

香港約有8%的人是乙型肝炎帶菌者。醫管局的數據顯示，本港每年有超過1,100名男性及400名女性死於肝癌，大部分是由乙肝病毒引致。在乙肝患者當中，有25%早死於併發症或後遺症。

乙型肝炎最大的危險，在於無聲無息，悄然併發肝硬化和肝癌。所以乙肝患者，須定期監察乙肝病毒，以防範病情惡化, 並防範肝硬化和肝癌。

Approximately 8% of the population in Hong Kong are carriers of hepatitis B. According to the Hospital Authority's data, more than 1,100 men and 400 women die from liver cancer in Hong Kong each year, mostly caused by the hepatitis B virus. Among hepatitis B patients, 25% die prematurely from complications or sequelae.

The greatest danger of hepatitis B lies on its silent nature, quietly leading to cirrhosis and liver cancer. Therefore, patients with hepatitis B must regularly monitor the hepatitis B virus to prevent the worsening of the condition and to guard against cirrhosis and liver cancer.

檢查內容包括：

(1) SGPT 谷丙轉氨酶

(2) Hepatitis Be Antigen 乙型肝炎e抗原

(3) Alpha-feto Protein 甲種胚胎蛋白

須提早最少 1 天前預約。

此檢查需要抽血，驗身前不需要空腹。
